The Following Links are designed to help Students and Families with some basic Troubleshooting of their devices.
In most Helpdesk tickets we have noticed that nearly 60% of issues can be solved by students on their own by simply trying one of the following:
1. Restart your device Properly. This means using the Restart button on a Windows Device, the Shutdown Button on a Macbook or Linux Device, or Properly shutting down a Chromebook WITHOUT using the power button.

2. Update your device. All Devices will cause issues if they are not properly maintained which includes ensuring they are up to date. Windows, Macbook, and Linux based devices should use Google or another search engine to look up how to properly update these devices.

3. Clear your Cache! When browsing the Web EVERY browser including Edge, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and all others make your browsing faster by downloading a copy of the website to the "Cache". Sometimes when you change your password the old password/username or old data is still stored on the Cached Website creating problems. You should be clearing your Cache weekly or bi-weekly or at least know how to clear it when issues arise.

4. Reset your settings to factory default. Many times as you are making setting changes those changes can cause issues. Sometimes its best if having an issue to restore the factory default settings of your Google Account.
