Notice of Non-Discrimination Policy
The Clinton Community School District Board of Education does not discriminate on the basis of the Protected Classes of race, color, national origin, age, sex, creed or religion, genetic information, handicap or disability, marital status, citizenship status, veteran status, military service, (as defined in 111.32, Wis. Stats.), sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, arrest record, conviction record, use or non use of lawful products off the District’s premises during non-working hours, or declining to attend an employer-sponsored meeting or to participate in any communication with the employer about religious matters or political matters, or any other characteristic protected by law in its employment practices or on the basis of transgender status, change of sex or gender identity.
All students enrolled in and attending the Clinton Community School District may participate in its education programs and activities, including but not limited to health, physical education, music and vocational and technical education. No person will be denied admission to school or be denied participation in, or be denied the benefits of, or be discriminated against in any curricular, extra-curricular, pupil services, recreational, or other program or activity because of the person's race, color, national origin, age, sex, or sexual orientation, pregnancy, marital or parental status, handicap, or physical, mental, emotional, or learning disability. In addition, arrangements can be made to ensure that the lack of English language skills is not a barrier to admission or participation.
