CES Families,
We have a busy week of fun activities ahead. I hope to see you all at the Homecoming Mini Parade on Friday. The parade will be begin at 9:40. For viewing, please stand along with Clinton Junior Senior High drive. During the parade, the CES Office will be closed. Students will also gather in our front circle drive to watch the CJHS Parade at 2:00. Please keep these times in mind if you pre-arranged appointments for pick-up or drop-off.
In preparation for the Homecoming Varsity Football game on Friday, please review our CCSD expectations for elementary students.
For Elementary School Students
- Must attend with a parent or guardian
- Children must remain directly supervised by their parent/guardian. This means if the parent is seated in the stands, children are expected to be seated in the stands as well. If parents are standing along the fence or at other locations in the facility, their children must be located within 3 feet.
- Footballs or other objects that have the potential to harm other spectators are not permitted. Please do not bring these items as you will not be allowed to enter with them. In no circumstance will prohibited items be “stored” or “secured” by District staff.
- No re-entry is permitted once you leave the gated area.
The purpose of these policies is to be responsive to prior incidents of injury, behavior, and supervision. While our intention is not to deprive students of the opportunity to play or attend, the purpose for attending football games is to be an active spectator. We simply do not have the capacity to supervise children playing in a sufficient enough manner.
