Principal Ben Simmons
Kids come first at Clinton Middle School! A dedicated staff challenges students to be successful in their academic performance, co-curricular activities, and peer relationships. Our vision at Clinton Middle School is students will excel!
The middle school is home to fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students. Literacy is the focus in all of our academic pursuits. The school district has an extensive special education program and TAG program designed to meet the needs of all students.
Middle school activities include many student-centered programs: 8th grade/5th grade peer mentor program, forensics, band, chorus, musicals, Quiz Bowl, yearbook, Book Olympics, Student Council, and SkillsUSA. Students in seventh and eighth grade may also participate in football, volleyball, cross-country, basketball, wrestling, and track. Each spring the sixth grade class attends a one-week outdoor education camp at Upham Woods in Wisconsin Dells. Every fall, Eighth grade students have the opportunity to travel to Washington D.C. The Japanese Short-Term Exchange Program involves Japanese students visiting Clinton for one week in November and Clinton students traveling to Japan for one week in June.
The community is very proud of the students' success in all aspects of school involvement. Further information can be acquired by contacting the Clinton Middle School. The office is open from 7:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. weekdays. The telephone number is (608) 676-2275.
